在高校专业课中开展双语教学,是高等教育教学改革的有益尝试.在高校专业课双语教学目标定位的基础上,应采用以目标为导向、以学生为中心、以教师为引导的高校专业课双语教学模式.     

Financial risk exposure of returns to education: Panel evidence from Korea*

The present study examined financial market risk exposure of human capital returns, which are represented by the returns to education, using panel data for Korea. Overall, financial market shocks seem to be irrelevant to returns to education. However, when we divide a financial market shock into cash flow news and discount rate news leading to a negative risk premium, returns to education increase after positive news about future cash flows and unexpected increases in discount rates Therefore, the risk exposure to cash flow shocks is offset by the exposure to discount rate shocks. The returns to education of low‐income workers were significantly exposed to the cash flow risk as compared to those with a high income, but they were offset by the positive correlation to discount rate shocks. In contrast, considering the gap between generations, the old generation was not only less exposed to the cash flow risk compared to the young generation regarding returns to education but also positively correlated with the discount rate shock, resulting in less exposure to financial market risks.     

Derivatives Usage in Emerging Markets Following the GFC: Evidence from the GCC Countries

In this article, we avail of International Accounting Standards IFRS 7 to investigate the usage and motivation of hedging by firms in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates). The results of our panel and cross-sectional data logistic regressions indicate a focus on foreign exchange exposure, interest rates risk, and commodity risk in this region. We find that the use of hedging instruments in this region is also influenced positively by the firm’s size and, to a lesser degree, positively by the firm’s gearing ratio and negatively by its propensity to growth. The level of activity, nevertheless, remains lower than is the case for firms globally.     

The Return Performance of Cubic Market Model: An Application to Emerging Markets

This article studies the performance of the high-order moment capital asset pricing model (CAPM) market models in emerging markets. We apply the cubic market model (4-moment CAPM) to 16 emerging market stock indices ranging from January 2010 to September 2015. Performance of the model is evaluated through the Fama and MacBeth’s two-step regression and through different corrections proposed in the literature, as well as generalized method of moments (GMM) estimation. According to Fama–MacBeth’s procedure, CAPM, the quadratic and cubic market models seem to be insignificant for the analyzed sample; however, the GMM estimation shows that quadratic model is valid for Indian, Polish, and Thai country indices, whereas cubic market model is accurate for Indian country index.

万古霉素高产菌株选育及发酵配方优化

为了提高东方拟无枝酸菌产万古霉素的发酵单位,降低生产成本,采用紫外诱变、常压室温等离子体诱变对东方拟无枝酸菌出发菌株V19-02进行诱变处理,通过筛选链霉素抗性突变菌株,选育高产菌株;通过对发酵培养基中碳源和氮源进行筛选,选取葡萄糖、淀粉、低温豆粉、酵母粉4个因素进行均匀设计。结果表明,获得的高产菌株V19-1-07摇瓶发酵单位提高33.7%,且具有良好的传代稳定性;优化后的培养基配比质量分数为葡萄糖8.0%、淀粉1.0%、低温豆粉1.0%、酵母粉4.0%、氯化钠1.0%、磷酸二氢钾0.1%;小试结果证明,优化配方可使50 L罐发酵单位平均达到14 110 μg/mL,比原始配方提高了28.9%。因此,研究获得的高产菌株V19-1-07可应用于万古霉素工业化发酵生产,以帮助企业降低成本,进一步提高竞争力。     

城市公园游客参与、解说满意度与 环境教育评估关系研究——以福州市 晋安公园为例

教育功能作为城市公园功能组成的重要部分,随着 人们日益增长的文化需求,城市公园环境教育的地位日益凸 显。为探究城市公园环境教育评估、游客参与以及解说满意度 之间的关系及作用机制,构建了三者之间的路径模型,以福州 市晋安公园为例,在对294位游客问卷调查的基础上,进行结 构方程验证。结果表明：1)修正后的模型中,建立关系指标 与游客参与相关性最强,有形性对解说满意度的影响最大,认 知层面最能反映环境教育评估;2)游客参与对解说满意度具 有显著正向影响,解说满意度对环境教育评估存在显著正向影 响,游客参与对环境教育评估有显著正向影响;未来公园在进 行环境教育功能提升时,应当将游客参与度以及解说系统满意 度纳入考量。
